I realize that that was probably dumb but I can’t afford the right now so I was looking for it at a cheaper price. That being said I was sent the software and installed it but it is not recognized by the app store or anything. I am assuming that it is because you need to actually download it from the app store.

However I installed it and it seemed like it was a normal version. I was wondering if there is way to tell if it is fake or if there is a way to connect it to my app store account so I can get updates. Posted on Mar 7, PM. And because Apple removed the copy protection it’s pirated like mad, Apple doesn’t seem to care though as a Mac is the new Logic dongle. Instructions were given where the application is downloaded onto the hard drive prior to install. All one needs to do is know the location of the app store download and you can copy to a new location on the hard drive and you have a stand-alone install, this is probably what people are selling. What is a real classic is the hard-copy manual from Logic 3, it’s written by the programmers, it’s convoluted, quirky and very funny, with witty quips scattered about.

If you paid through PayPal you may have some protection. By coming here you have somewhat proved you have made an honest mistake and have been conned by a not very nice person.

Even more reason to post their eBay name so that others might avoid them. You can hide a virus in the header data of a JPEG. So it is a possibility. To actually get l you need to get it on the Mac store wth your account. I don’t think eBay or any sellers can send it to you. Or probly by gifting it to you. Logic gives free updates I believe and easily uninstalls just like any app just click the X button on aplications.
